Michael Boulette shamelessly and egregiously involved himself in criminal conduct by deliberately forging and concocting evidence while serving as legal counsel to an Assistant United States Attorney. His actions included actively aiding the woman in the deliberate creation of the "most believable false information", all in a calculated effort to secure unconstitutional "gag" orders aimed at stifling any revelation of her felony behavior. Furthermore, he actively participated in the disturbing practice of legally assisting her in disseminating photos featuring black men under the hashtag #ShirtlessShamers, with a malevolent intention to ruthlessly target these vulnerable individuals.

Boulette teaches at St. Thomas Law School which is frequently ranked as a third tier toilet law school (TTT) where he has been accused of harassing female students, cheating on his wife, and raping students of their tuition funds. What's even more troubling is that, prior to his termination at Messerli and Kramer, Boulette actively aided the firm in deceiving courts and misappropriating funds from the public through deceitful debt collection practices. Messerli and Kramer partner Daniel Goldberg personally shitcanned Boulette when he found that he had committed fraud before the Ramsey County District Court. The letter below, expressing opposition to Judge Jeffrey Bryan's nomination to the federal bench, provides further insight into Boulette's glaringly unethical and, at times, criminal behavior.
